Madelyna Kelly

Madelyna Kelly, the owner of Knowledgeable Billing, brings extensive expertise in medical billing and coding, with a certification and a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) designation. As a dedicated member of AHIMA, Madelyna ensures that her knowledge remains current with the latest developments in billing and coding, particularly in behavioral health. With a deep understanding of Medicaid, managed health organizations, and commercial programs, her experience extends to the Department of Children and Family Services and employee assistance programs, ensuring streamlined compliance and maximum efficiency for her clients. Outside of work, she is also the proud owner of an LG Axe Throwing in downtown Lake Geneva. Traveling with her five children and boyfriend is one of her greatest joys.

Credentialing & Attestation Specialist

Brittany Brumm

Brittany is a well-rounded credentialing manager with fifteen years of experience in the insurance industry. In addition to her psychology degree obtained from Richland College (Decatur, IL), Brittany has worked with State Farm Insurance Companies and Progressive Insurance Company, primarily handling high level, complex bodily injury claims. Her main focus at Knowledgeable Billing, LLC is credentialing behavioral health providers into the health insurance sector. Outside of managing the credentialing program at Knowledgeable Billing, LLC, her love of summer concerts and watersports occupies her free time.

Doug Bahnick

Doug has a passion for helping businesses succeed through process and execution. With a BA degree in Behavioral Psychology and having worked with children with autism, the Behavioral Health / Mental Health space is close to his heart. Doug is a proud father of three small children who more than keep him busy when he's not submitting claims and chasing down payments.
